Annette Blevins

November 28, 1969 — June 9, 2025

Lancaster

Annette Blevins, a beloved soul whose kindness and warmth touched the lives of many, passed away on June 9, 2025, in Lancaster, Ohio, at the age of 55. Born on November 28, 1969, in Columbus, Ohio, Annette was a shining example of selflessness and love throughout her life. For over 25 years, she dedicated herself to her role as General Manager at Wendy's, where she not only led her team with expertise but also fostered a sense of family among her colleagues.

Annette’s heart was beautifully expansive, always ready to give her last penny to anyone in need. Her generous spirit was matched only by her boldness; she was never one to shy away from speaking her mind. Those who knew her would often say that she was not just a mother to her own children but a nurturing matriarch to all, embracing everyone with open arms.

Family was the cornerstone of Annette’s life. She took immense joy in holiday celebrations, with Christmas holding a special place in her heart. From her love for live Christmas trees to her passion for decorating, she truly embodied the spirit of the season. Family vacations to Kalahari and Deer Creek were cherished memories, creating bonds that would last a lifetime.

Annette was not only devoted to her immediate family but also to her siblings, including her brothers: Larry (Sandy) Parsons, Michael Parsons, Johnny (Beth) Parsons, Keith Parsons, and her sisters, Kendra (Jay) Ott, and Lisa (Gene) Gilliand. Together they formed a close-knit family, and the love they shared will continue to resonate in their hearts.

She was the proud grandmother of eight beautiful grandchildren: Leigha, Mara, Bria, Owen, Rece, Paisley, Trinity, and Jazmin, each of whom brought her immeasurable joy. Annette's proudest accomplishment was watching her grandkids grow into remarkable individuals, and she would often speak about how their laughter and smiles filled her heart with pride.

In her leisure time, Annette enjoyed a variety of activities that brought her happiness, from playing Bingo and bird watching to relaxing on porch swings and hunting for treasures at yard sales. Her green thumb flourished in her garden, where she spent countless hours tending to her beloved flowers. Whether it was playing coloring games or mastering Candy Crush on her phone, Annette found joy in the simple pleasures of life. Annette loved Jesus. She lived for Him. On Sundays she watched the Rock City Church services and enjoyed those very much.

While Annette’s passing leaves an undeniable void, her legacy of love and kindness will forever remain etched in the hearts of those who knew her. She is preceded in death by her beloved parents, Lee and Rose Marie Parsons (Creamer), as well as her brother, Joshua Parsons, and her niece, Jessica Lillie.

Annette’s sentiment, "Always in my heart," resonates deeply with her son Robert (Alisha) Barok, daughter Sierra (Austin) Stevens, and son Richard (Ricky) Blevins, Jr., along with her extensive family of nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends. They will carry her memory forward, honoring her compassionate spirit and unwavering devotion to family.

As we celebrate Annette’s life, we remember her not just for her remarkable achievements and warm heart, but for the profound love she shared with all who were fortunate to know her. She will be dearly missed and remembered fondly, always living on in our hearts.
