Anthony "Toni" J. Bowman, 69, passed away Wednesday, January 1, 2014 at Forest Hills Center.
She was born September 30, 1944 in Dublin, GA, daughter of the late Ezra and Lucille Bailey Kelly.
Anthony is survived by her sister, Quincy Florence.
Visitation will be Tuesday, January 7, 2014 from 11:00-12:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Rd. Columbus, with the funeral service beginning at 12:00 PM.
Interment will be in Green Lawn Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Disabled American Veterans Memorial Program, P.O. Box 14301 Cincinnati, OH 45250.
