Ark Pryor

Ark (Art) E. Pryor, 83, of Columbus, OH, passed away peacefully at 12:30am, November 28, 2017 at Drs. West Hospital, Columbus, OH surrounded by his family. He was born on December 18th, 1933 in Dalzell, OH to the late Ark E. and Mattie Pryor. He went to Marietta High School.

Worked at Huttig Sash & Door Co. in Columbus, OH for over 40 years. He loved driving truck, collecting coins, watching western movies and telling jokes. He is survived by his wife (Joann Marie Harland Pryor) of 58 1/2 years, his three sons, George (Lori), James (Ruth), Vincent (Patty), seven grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and also by his one and only sister, Dessie out of 19 full and half brothers and sisters and his pets, Killer and Lucky. He will be missed by special friends and family. He so loved his family they meant so much to him.

Visitation will be held from 2-4 and 6-8pm, Sunday, December 3, 2017 at Newcomer, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30am, Monday, December 4, 2017 at St. Brendan Catholic Church, 4475 Dublin Road, Hilliard, OH.

Burial will follow at Sunset Cemetery, Galloway, OH.
