He was preceded in death by parents, Dewey and Flossy Mullins; brothers and sisters.
Arlie is survived by children, Steve, Candy, Mark, Cindy and Christy; 13 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren; two brothers, two sisters.
Funeral Service Wednesday, May 21, 2014 at 2pm with visitation one hour prior at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Interment to follow at Sunset Cemetery, Galloway, OH.
