Ballard B. Blankenship, 87, of Columbus, Ohio departed this life on April 29, 2020.
Born on December 9, 1932 at Wharncliffe, West Virginia. He was the son of Earnest and Ellen (Gibson) Blankenship.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brothers, Willie Ray and Douglas; sister, Norma; and his two sons, Jessie Earnest (Bazz) and Ballard Lee (Pete).
He is survived by his brothers, Russell, James, Frank and Clarence; his sister, Myrtle; along with his three daughters, Tracy (Herb) Castle, Ellen (Jim) Blair, and Michelle (Kenny) Brush, many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
He was much loved and will be greatly missed.
In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to Bella Hospice at 30836 Bel Aire Circle, Westlake, OH 44145.
