Barbara A. Wise

Barbara Alice Wise age 81 of Grove City passed on December 29, 2014 at home. She was born September 10, 1933 in Zanesville to Robert & Mary Alice (Jamison) Smedley both of whom preceded her in death. She was also preceded by 2 sisters, Shirley McNally and Charlene Fulks. Survivors include her husband of 63 years Jerry, daughter Vicki (Stephen) Kastor of Hilliard, 4 sons Michael (Diana) of Miromar Lakes FL, Joseph (Tammy) of Grove City, Jack (Kristine) Lake Cumberland, KY, Steve Wise of Grove City. 1 sister Donna Horton of Zanesville, half brother Tim (Kathy) Smedley and half sister Scarlett Smedley Dorris both of Chester Hill. 13 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

She was a school bus driver for the Southwest City Schools for 20 years and was an avid Bingo player at her church Our Lady of Perpetual Help. She was also a member of the Grove City Elks Club.

Visitation will be held 10-12 noon Friday January 2 at Newcomer Funeral Home SW, 3393 Broadway Grove City, OH 43123. Funeral Services will follow at 12:30 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Grove City.
