Barbara E. Brown, 80 of Grove City, went to be with her Savior on October 19, 2013. Born on May 8, 1933 to the late Harold and Letha (Rinehart) Cronin in East Liverpool, Ohio. She worked most of her life as a drafter, but always said her favorite job was the 12 years she spent as an 'at home mom', raising her children. Survived by children William Brown, Dawn (Tim) Wottle, Sue Brown, Sally (Greg) Cashdollar, Tricia (James) Floyd, Mary (Dave) Preece, and Carol Brown, 13 grandchildren and 3 great granddaughters, sisters-in-law Jane Cronin, Betty Krezmien, and Eleanor Brown, many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by brother William Cronin and husband of 50 years Michael Brown.
Friends may call at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City on Tuesday, October 22 from 5 to 8pm.
A mass will be held on Wednesday at Our Lady of Perpetual Help, 3730 Broadway, Grove City at 11am.
