Barbara Elefritz, 76, of Columbus, passed away Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at her residence.
She was born September 30, 1939 in Richwood, WV, daughter of the late Howard and Louise Hutchinson.
In addition to her parents, Barbara was preceded in death by her daughter, Kimberly Elefritz; sister, Marquita Dodrill; brothers, Buck and Dick Hutchinson.
She volunteered at the VA Medical Center in Chillicothe and was also an officer at the V.F.W. Post #9857.
Barbara is survived by her husband, William Elefritz; grandson, Steven Shiller; sister, Peggy Rose and many nieces and nephews.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Newcomer Funeral Home NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Rd. Columbus.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the VA Medical Center in Chillicothe, 17273 S.R. 104 Chillicothe, OH 45601.
