Barbara Diann Frankenfield

Barbara Diann Frankenfield, age 70 of Groveport, passed away on February 24, 2021. She was born on August 26, 1950 in Cynthiana, KY. Barbara is survived by her loving sons Justin (Tara) Frankenfield and Zach Frankenfield, grandchild Melodee Box and many cousins. She is preceded in death by parents Royce and Betty Jane (Stivers) Frankenfield, brother Carl Stakelin, and aunt Rosemary Shadd. Barbara graduated from The Ohio State University in the field of special education, was a lifetime educator, as well as, teaching at OSSB for 38 years.

Friends may call at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin Granville Rd., Columbus, OH on Sunday, March 7, 2021 from 2pm until time of service at 4pm.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions, may be directed to an educational fund for her grandchildren, envelopes will be provided at the funeral home.
