Born October 14, 2007, to Rickey and Gloria (Underwood) Lewis, Baylie is survived by a sister, Makyla Brandi Lewis; maternal grandparents, Rick and Elizabeth Underwood; paternal grandparents, Rickey and Sheryl Lewis; aunts, Frances Lewis; uncles, Ricky Underwood Jr. and Joshua Underwood. Funeral service will be held on Friday, October 19, 2007, 2:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, with visitation one hour prior to the service.
