Betsy Douglas Francis

Betsy Douglas Francis, 83, of Columbus, passed away October 27, 2025. She was born in Grundy, Virginia on September 17, 1942 to the late Wythe Martin and Jewell (Mabrey) Francis.

Those left to cherish Betsy life include family members, Sharon K. Beach; friend, Ernie Davis; friends of her high school graduating class, whom she had lunch with monthly; and many other family members and friends.

Betsy is preceded in death by her parents.

Immediate family will greet friends and family from 2pm to 4pm, Friday, November 21, 2025 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals, and Receptions – Northeast, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Rd, Columbus, OH 43231. A service to honor her life will begin at 4pm, Friday, November 21, 2025, at the funeral home.
