Betty Feasel

Betty R. Feasel, 92, passed away March 1, 2016. She was preceded in death by parents, Scott and Lucinda Patton; several siblings, nieces, and nephews; and an infant son.

Betty is survived by her husband, Walter Feasel; children, Frank Feasel and Debbie (John) White; adopted daughter, Shyann Feasel; grandchildren, Joseph White and Alycia (Drew) Baker; great-grandchildren, Judah and Haddie Baker; and nieces and nephews.

Betty and Walter provided foster care for many, many children over the years. Betty was a member of the Grove City Church of the Nazarene. She was a dedicated wife for over 71 years and a wonderful mother. Betty was a very compassionate, selfless, and giving individual; and loved her family outings and holiday gatherings. One thing mom always said was, "Don't cry for me when I'm gone because I will be in a much better place."

Visitation Wednesday, March 9, 2016 from 4-7 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Funeral Service Thursday, March 10, 2016 at 11 am at Grove City Church of the Nazarene, 4770 Hoover Rd., Grove City, OH. Interment to follow at Concord Cemetery, Grove City.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Betty's memory to the Grove City Church of the Nazarene.
