Betty Noll Flood, 78 of Columbus, took her first and final breath in her beloved PA on July 3, 2016. Born on March 10, 1938 to the late Clair and Louise (Weatherburn) Flick in Julian, PA.
Betty was a long time member of the women of the Moose, Eagles and Amvets.
She never knew a stranger, all became part of her family, advocate for the deaf and elderly, created "Just Like Home" and "Mildred's Manor" for their care.
Survived by children Teresa Noll-Long, Katherine Noll, Paul Noll and Candice (Alan) Noll-Webber, grandchildren Tessie (Tony) Thompson, Kendra (Chuck) Woodson, Michael (Mandy) Smith, Elaine (Drew) Glenn, Amy (Rob) Smith, Pamela (Sam) Fisher and Cassandra Webber, great grandchildren Tiffany, Bryan, Taylor, Brock, Brandon, Torance, Tisha, Allison, Terra, David, Cooper, Jaxon and Samantha, siblings Martha (Donald) Hauth, Mary Martin and Russell (Marta) Flick, extended family Doris Dickerson, Bud Hardwick, Scott Hitchcock and Robert Fleshman, several nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by daughter Pamela Noll-Fisher, granddaughter Betty Jane Fisher, son-in-law Kenneth Long, siblings Dortha Taylor, Harold Flick and Raymond Flick, aunt Dortha Raynor.
Friends may call at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin Granville Rd., Columbus, OH, Thursday, July 14, 2016 from 2pm to 4pm and 6pm to 8pm.
Funeral service on Friday at 10am at the funeral home with Pastor Jeremiah Olson.
