Betty Rice, 85, went to be with Her Heavenly Father on Saturday, November 12, 2016 in Columbus, OH. She was born on November 29, 1930 in Columbus to John and Pearl Clayborn.
Betty is preceded in death by her parents; and siblings, Margaret, Harry, John Jr., Dorothy, Elizabeth and Paul.
She is survived by her children, Stephen (Mariquita), Gerald (Eileen) and Michael (Teresa) Rice; a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren; ex husband, Bruce Rice; and any many other loving family members and friends.
Betty was the Mother of the Church at Judah Christian Community Church for many years.
Family will receive friends on Thursday, November 17, 2016 from 5:00pm to 6:00pm at Judah Christian Community Church, 972 Beachwood Rd. Whitehall, OH 43227 followed by Funeral Services at 6:00pm. She will be laid to rest at Glen Rest Memorial Estate, 8029 E. Main St. Reynoldsburg, OH 43068. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Judah Christian Community Church in Betty's honor.
