Betty Jane Wellman

Betty Jane Wellman, passed away on her 90th birthday, Friday, November 30, 2018 at St. Ann's Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Betty was born on November 30, 1928 in Delbarton, WV to the late Arthur F. 'Frank' and Nancy (Varney) Thompson.

In addition to her parents, Betty is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Wellman, Jr.; son, Dan Wellman; siblings, Helen (Marion) Hysell, Frances (Rich) Cramer, Eva (Warren) Rogers, Emma (Darrell) Ervin and Carl Ray Thompson.

She is survived by her daughter, Lori (Todd) Conley; son, Don Wellman; grandchildren, Amanda, Christopher, Sean, Carson (Danna); great-grandchildren, Michael, Joey, Jared, Jacob, Violet, Joshua, Josephine; sister-in-law Lola Thompson; numerous nieces, nephews and close friends.

Betty was a loving mother and grandmother that enjoyed spending time with her family.

Family will receive friends on Friday, December 7, 2018 from 12pm to 1pm at Sunset Cemetery Mausoleum, 6959 W. Broad St., Galloway, OH 43119. A funeral service will follow at 1pm. She will be laid to rest at Sunset Cemetery.
