William "Bill" Allen Burton, age 75, of Grove City, Ohio, passed away peacefully on May 30, 2025. Born on November 8, 1949, in Columbus, Ohio, Bill was a beloved figure whose life touched many, leaving a lasting legacy that will be cherished by all who knew him.

He was the son of the late Don and Gloria Burton. Bill faced the heart-wrenching loss of his beloved daughter, Victoria Wilson, and his dear sister, Beverly Burton, who both preceded him in death.

Bill is lovingly survived by his devoted wife, Sheila Burton. Together, they shared a life filled with laughter, love, and unforgettable memories. Their bond was a testament to enduring love. Bill's spirit lives on in his children: Shelly (Chris) Adair and Eric (Jennifer) Burton, who will carry forward his teachings, humor, and kindness.

The joy of Bill's life extended to his grandchildren: Kevin Ward, Kristina Ward, Karly Wright, Faith Wright, Jade Burton, Neven Burton, Ethan Burton, Owen Burton, Evelyn Burton, Cameron Truman, Josh Wess, Eden Wilson, and Jaden Wilson. Each grandchild brought a unique light into his life, and he took great pride in watching them grow, offering guidance and the warmth of his unwavering love. His family continued to expand with each great-grandchild: Malaki, Izayah, Allison, Noah, Nico, Kyree, Bodie Jr, Giovanni, and Cash—a true testament to the manifold blessings he cherished.

Additionally, he leaves behind his sister, Barb Burton, many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends who adored him dearly. His infectious laughter and kind spirit spilled over into every relationship he fostered, enriching the lives of those around him.

An avid pool player, Bill immersed himself in the vibrant communities of Columbus and Springfield, Ohio, and Arizona. The game was more than just a pastime; it was a way for him to connect with friends and strangers alike, nourishing friendships that spanned decades. He also had a profound love for the outdoors, finding solace and joy in nature, especially during moments spent with family.

As we say goodbye to Bill, we recognize the unreplaceable void he leaves in our hearts. He will be deeply missed, but his legacy will forever echo in the stories told, the laughter shared, and the love that binds his family together. His spirit will undoubtedly live on through the countless lives he touched along the way.
