Mr. William Walter Ziglar (68)
Our beloved Brother, Nephew, Cousin, and friend is in the presence of the Lord Jesus Christ. He went home on May 5, 2025.
William Walter Ziglar was born on July 28, 1956, and raised in Urbancrest, Ohio, better known as Bill, Bill Bo or Still Bill. William was the third son of 6 children from the union of Herbert and Dolores Ziglar Sr.
William W. Ziglar attended Urbancrest Elementary School, and Grove City High School, he also attended Columbus State Community College. He enlisted to US Army. He was employed at A & N Trucking, and Zeigler Homes.
Bill was a free spirit, a roamer that loved to go, drive and experience the treasures of traveling, whether by Truck, Car or Motorcycle, he loved them all. He always enjoyed visiting family that were out of town, he would always stay a while. He would never miss a chance to play a friendly game of cards every once and awhile. Later in life he loved attending church, he even became a deacon, and sang praises with his cousins, he led the song “I Thank ya Jesus, I thank ya Jesus, I thank ya Jesus, I thank ya Lord, Oh, you brought me from a mighty, a mighty long way”.
William is preceded in death by his Parents; Herbert B. Ziglar Sr., and Dolores M. Ziglar, Grandparent; Jessie and Mary Lottie Ziglar, Nathaniel J. Sr., and Fannie L. (Quinichett) Collins. Brother, Timothy Lewis Ziglar, Nathaniel T. Ziglar, and niece Natasha Rochelle Ziglar.
He leaves to cherish his memory, Brothers: Herbert B. (Iris) Ziglar Jr., Sisters; Cheryl M. (Michael) Curtis Sr., Vera Nikky (Jason) Zimmerman Uncle: John Zeigler Sr., Special Uncle (brother); Nathaniel J. (Sonya) Collins, Aunt; Lula Price. Special (mothering) Aunts; Elberta (Joe) Barnes Sr., Lolita (Lacy) Wallace Jr. Nephews; Michael N. (Amanda) Curtis Jr., Marshall H. (Yolonda) Ziglar, Aaron D. (Catherine) Ziglar, Niece; Sara D. Ziglar, and Special Nephew; Dontavion Curtis-Ham, three great nephews, and one great niece, and a host o of Cousins, and many friends.
The repast for the Ziglar family will convene on May 31, 2025, 6:00 pm - 9:30 pm at the Quinichett Pavilion 3464 First Avenue, Urbancrest, Ohio 43123
