Blanche Cossin

Blanche Cossin, age 90, passed away peacefully at home on October 8, 2019. She was born on August 3, 1929 in Huntington, West Virginia to the late Lula and Lawrence May. She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Arnold Cossin, whom she married in December 1950 in Columbus, Ohio.

Blanche was a lifelong learner, always absorbing knowledge about subjects new and old through movies and books. She was an avid lover of plants and wildflowers, and could point out just about any flower on the side of the road and tell you all about it.

Left to cherish her memory are: her son, Charles Cossin (Gerri Campbell); granddaughters, Haylee Cossin and Taylor (Curtis) Chapin; daughter-in-law Kim (Robert) French; cousins Debbie (Buzz) Lefever and Beverly Myers; and many extended family members and friends.
