Bobby G. Worrix, 72, passed away June 8, 2019 at his home. He was preceded in death by parents, John and Hettie Worrix; four brothers, William Grant, John, Bradley, and Arthur Worrix.
Bobby is survived by wife of 50 years, Beverly; three sons, Greg (Amanda), Shawn, and Phillip Worrix; grandchildren, Delaney and Addison Worrix, Clayton and Haylee Buck; nine siblings, brothers, Harold (Patricia), Lonnie Worrix; sisters, Polly Pierce, Lola Barney, Thursie (Jim) Bates, Evelyn Worrix, Alice (Mike) Richardson, Leah (Dan) Ewald, Loretta (Dave) Bradley; many nieces, nephews, cousins and other family and friends.
Bobby proudly served in the United States Army during Vietnam. He retired from Yellow Freight. Bobby will be remembered for his big bright smile and joy for life. He always put family first and loved spending time with them. He enjoyed telling stories and sharing memories. He had a presence that pulled people to him and he made everyone feel special. Bobby would want us to have a cup of coffee while sharing stories about him and how he brought joy to our lives. He will be missed by all who were blessed to be a part of his life.
Visitation Thursday, June 13, 2019 from 4-8pm at Newcomer, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Funeral Service Friday, June 14, 2019 at 12:30pm at the Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Galloway Cemetery, Galloway, OH.
