Survived by husband, David; daughter, Laura; grandsons, Kaleb and David; granddaughter, Jackie; sister, Janet.
Preceded in death by parents and brothers.
Funeral service will be held Monday, Oct. 8, 2018 at 1 p.m. at Newcomer Grove City, 3393 Broadway, where visitation will begin at 11 a.m.
Interment to follow at Concord Cemetery - New Section.
