Bonnie D. Tyus, 62, passed away on Saturday, September 30, 2017 in Westerville, OH. Bonnie was born on October 9, 1954 in Toledo, OH to Gaston and Rosetta Oden.
Bonnie is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Raymond D. Oden.
She is survived by her husband, Ricky Tyus; siblings, Elaine (James) Mays, Billy (Mary) Oden, Gaston (Lorraine) Oden, Cheryl Oden and Addie (Charles) Haynes.
Bonnie was a long time employee of The Ohio State University Stefanie Spielman Comprehensive Breast Center.
Family will receive friends on Monday, October 9, 2017 from 10am to 11am at First Church of God, 3480 Refugee Rd., Columbus, OH 43232. The funeral service will immediately follow at 11:00am. Bishop Timothy Clark officiating.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Susan G. Koman Research Columbus Chapter.
