Brenda Sue Mitchell-Kowal

Brenda S. (Mitchell) Kowal, 70, of Heath, passed away June 10, 2020.
Brenda was born February 15, 1950 to Thomas and Betty (Mason) Mitchell.
She enjoyed watching home improvement shows, crocheting, and loved traveling especially to the Caribbean and Vegas. Brenda loved to read, watching old school Sci-Fi movies and horror. Brenda was a senior reporting analyst for 19 years for a local manufacturing company with a total of 50 years in manufacturing. She enjoyed bowling, camping, golfing, and spending time with her family, most importantly her grandchildren.
She was married to Greg Kowal for 18 years.
Brenda will be deeply missed by her; daughter Tara (Sean) McLoughlin; grandchildren Patrick, Andrew, Adam Dolan; brothers Jeff Mitchell, Thomas Mitchell II; sisters Stefanie Ford, Paula Wiles along with many other family and friends.
Brenda was preceded in death by her parents, husband Greg.
Visitation will be Sunday, June 14, 2020 from 1pm to 3pm with a funeral service to follow at 3pm at Newcomer NE Chapel 3047 E. Dublin Granville Rd., Columbus. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
