Bret Mason Coville

Bret Coville, loving father of three children, passed away on August 9th, 2020 at the age of 55. Bret was born in Schenectady, NY to Charles Coville and Jane (Allard) Gluck. He graduated from Commack High School on Long Island, NY. Following his graduation, Bret went into the family business of training and racing harness horses. He then went on to earn an associate degree through Ohio State University to become a journeyman electrician and was a member of IBEW Local 683 for the past 25 years.

Bret was known for his generosity and humor, as well as his ability to make new friends wherever he went. He was never too busy to help someone in need. Bret was a passionate New England Patriots fan and would happily debate why his team was the best. He loved to make others laugh and his smile was infectious.

Bret is preceded in death by his father, Charles Frank Coville. He is survived by and will be missed by his children Heather Coville of Columbus, OH, Kyle Coville of Streetsboro, OH, and Jacob Coville of Columbus, OH; Mother and stepfather Jane (Allard) and Leonard Gluck of Boynton Beach, FL; Stepmother, Pamela Coville of Rochester, NH; brothers and sisters Terry (Almy) of Milford, NH, Kelly (Colen) of Amherst, NH, Jesse Coville of North Lauderdale, FL, Charles Coville of Brownfield, ME, Randall Coville of Harstad, Norway, Heath Coville of Vernon, NY, Jennifer (Way) of Amherst, NH, and Jarrett Coville of Rochester, NH and their spouses and children; Grandson Timothy Igo, and all of the many friends that became family over the years.

Due to current restrictions, a celebration of Bret's life will be held at a future date so that his family and friends will be able to attend.
