Brian M. "Uncle B" Van Horne, 58 of Palm Coast, FL, passed away at Licking Memorial Hospice on October 31, 2016. Born on September 18, 1958 to the late Harvey and Joan (Kruczek) Van Horne in Columbus, OH. Brian was a member of the Reynoldsburg Masonic Lodge #340 F&AM and graduated from Columbus North High School in the class of 1976. Survived by sister Linda Wise, 11 nieces and nephews, 14 great nieces and nephews and 4 great great nieces and nephews, special friends Robert and Donna Richmond of Palm Coast, FL. Preceded in death by sister Donna Self, brothers Harvey "Danny" Van Horne and Kurt Van Horne. Also survived by sister Pamela DeMatteo.
