Bruce Allen Blackburn, 60 of Valley Hi, OH, passed away at his residence on April 30, 2015. Born on January 16, 1955 to the late Melvin and Ruby Mae (Thacker) Blackburn in Fort Leonard Wood, MO. Bruce served his country during Vietnam Era in the U.S Air Force. Survived by children Jeanie Blackburn, Christian (Jinky) Stevenson, Chelsie Blackburn, Selena Blackburn and Dakota Blackburn, brother Melvin (Jennifer) Blackburn, G.E. Blackburn and Paul (Dorothy) Quappe, sister Marianne Blackburn and 12 grandchildren. Preceded in death by one grandson Blake Allen Todd.
