Bruce H. "Goz" Gosney, 80 of Grove City, passed away at Mt. Carmel West Hospital on July 22, 2014. Born on March 5, 1934 to the late John Joseph and Catherine (Dean) Gosney in Fort Wayne, IN. Bruce was a 50 year member of the Columbus-Grove City Elk Lodge #37. He served his country, while in the U.S. Air Force. Worked at the State of Ohio under Gov. Jim Rhodes and Department of Natural Resources, Cole Layer Trumbell Appraisers, Saxton Real Estate, Real Estate Appraiser and HER, Past President of the Ducks Unlimited, Grove City Chapter. Survived by children Tammy (Ray), Cindy, Cameron, Teri (Greg), grandchildren Doug and Dustin Shanyfelt, Nichole and Joshua Mulvany, Angela, Nicolas and Miguel Jimenez, great- grandchildren Michael and Brantley Mulvany. Preceded in death by wife Mary Eleanor Gosney, sister JoAnn Dearing, son-in-law Michael Mulvany.

Elk memorial service will be held on Thursday at 7:30pm at the funeral home.
Funeral service on Friday at The Grove City United Methodist Church, 2684 Columbus St., Grove City at 10am with Pastor Carl Wiley officiating.
Burial at Woodland Cemetery, Xenia, OH.
