He is preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Lucinda Lake; maternal grandfather, Edward Powell.
He is survived by his son, Jaden; parents Phillip Lake and Kelly McGee; stepfather, James Whitehead; siblings, Deborah Lake, Christine (Tony) Salman, Joseph Whitehead, Michelle Whitehead and Kennedy Lake; grandparents, George Lake, Nancy Powell; aunts, uncles and cousins.
The family will receive friends from 4-6pm, Thursday, August 17, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home, N. E., 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Rd., Columbus, OH. 43231 where the memorial service will be held, following at 6:00pm.
