Bud Gail Clark, age 83, passed away on March 22, 2026. He was born on June 5, 1942 at Community Hospital in Springfield, Ohio to the late Gail and Betty Clark.
He is preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Robert Clark and William Clark.
He is survived by his loving wife, Flora Mae Clark, who he married on December 14, 1963. He is also survived by his children, Diana Jude, Bonnie (Paul) Krebs, Byron (Amy) Clark, and Wendy (David) Snyder; 14 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren; sister in law, Myrna Clark; numerous nieces and nephews; many special friends, including his friend Cliff who would do anything for him, who he played cards with, went to Friday breakfast with, and greeted people at the door of his church with.
Bud was a long time member of the Grove City Church of the Nazarene. He retired from General Motors as a journeyman electrician and a member of the local VAW 969.
He was a lover of fast cars, boats, cheese, and oreos with peanutbutter.
He also served as a soccer coach for the entirety of his sons playing days, ages from 5 to 18. Bud served several mission trips to the country of Belize. He loved helping widows, neighbors, friends, and strangers with his many handyman talents.
He spent many hours in the pool with his children and grandchildren playing Shamu the Whale.
He will be deeply missed by all.
Friends may call at the The Naz Church 4770 Hoover Rd, Grove City, OH 43123 on Thursday, March 26, 2026 from 11:00am until time of funeral service at 1:00pm. A private family graveside will be held at South Solon Cemetery, South Solon, Ohio.
