C. Wilma McGowan, 93 of Westerville, OH, passed away at her residence on January 5, 2016. Born on November 23, 1922 to the late Wilbur and Leona (Glauner) Toland in Springfield, OH. Wilma was a member of The Westerville Church of the Nazarene. Survived by children Marcella Shaw, Peggy (Matthew) Miller, David (Chris) McGowan and Jennifer (Douglas) Frasier, grandchildren Barbara (Jim) Blume, Jim (Evelyn) Shaw, Mike (Kevin Fleming) Miller, Scott (Patty) Shaw, Julie Miller, Greg Frasier and Ray Frasier, 7 great grandchildren, 5 great great grandchildren. Preceded in death by husband Raymond McGowan, 2 siblings and a grandson.
Friends may call at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin Granville Rd, Columbus, OH on Friday, January 8, 2016 from 5pm to 8pm.
Funeral service on Saturday at the funeral home at 11am with Pastor Mike Durst officiating.
Burial to follow at Sunbury Memorial Park, Sunbury, OH.
