Carol Ann Dillbeck, born on December 5, 1943, in Columbus, Ohio, left this world on May 13, 2025, leaving behind a legacy filled with love and laughter. Known for her radiant smile and warm presence, she was truly a woman of faith whose kind spirit touched the lives of everyone who knew her.

A devoted mother and grandmother, Carol’s proudest accomplishments were her three daughters: Teresa, Dianne, and Lisa. Her love for her family was immeasurable, and she took great joy in watching her grandchildren grow. Carol cherished the moments spent with her grandchildren: Ashley, Nicholas, Matthew, Robert, Leeanne, Kendall, Corey, Brandon, and Benjamin. She was also delighted to welcome great-grandchildren, Nolan and Niall, into the family fold.

She is survived by her three daughters: Teresa (Brian) Orr, Dianne Kirkendall, Lisa Brown, her grandchildren: Ashley (Alex) Walker, Nicholas Markopoulos, Matthew Speaks, Robert Speaks, Leeanne (Daniel) Cooper, Kendall Brown, Corey Brown, Brandon Speaks, Benjamin (Brittany) Orr, great-grandchildren, Nolan and Niall Walker, and her sister, Jane (John Ellas) McDowell.

Carol’s personality was as colorful as her many hobbies and interests. She was an avid crafter, spending countless happy hours quilting, crocheting, and solving puzzles. Traveling and enjoying outings to casinos brought her great joy, especially when it came to slot machines and bingo. A true fan of the Royal Family, The Lawrence Welk Show, and her beloved Ohio State Buckeyes.

Though she had her moments of stubbornness, those close to her knew this was merely a testament to her passionate spirit. Carol was fun to be around, her humor and upbeat disposition making her a cherished companion. Her faith and kindness enriched her relationships, and she had a unique ability to uplift the spirits of those around her.

Departing from this life, Carol was preceded in death by her father, Thomas E. Craft, her mother, Joanne M. Killeen Craft, her brother, Thomas Craft, and her former husband, James Dillbeck.
