Carol J. Highfill, age 71, passed away Tuesday, February 27, 2018. She was born on December 18, 1946 in Columbus, OH.
Surviving family includes husband, Bill Highfill; daughters, Theresa (David) Hylton and Elizabeth (Samuel) Miller; grandchildren, Michael Newsome, Justin Lucas, Stacy Lucas, Steven Hylton and Mariah Goad; great-grandchildren, Hailey Lucas, Jayden Lucas, Destiny Lucas, Ashleeann Lucas and Riley Gabbert; sister, Linda Corcoran.
Preceded in death by daughter, Sherri L. Highfill; siblings, Olaf "Butch" Welch, Raymond (Petie) Welch, Patricia "Babydoll" Moore and Diana Davis.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 6, 2018 from 4-8 p.m. at Newcomer Grove City, 3393 Broadway.
Funeral service will be held Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at 10 a.m. at the funeral home.
Interment to follow at Obetz Cemetery.
