Carol Jean Imber, 65, of Powell Ohio, went home to our Heavenly Father
on September 14, 2016.
A loving daughter, aunt, sister, teacher and friend.
She leaves a legacy of unconditional love, compassion, and devotion to family and faith.
Carol leaves behind her Mother and Father, Betty and Dean Imber of Columbus Oh, 4 sisters, Sharon and husband Charles Fisher of Quincy MI, Linda and husband Larry Goodwin of Columbus OH, Diana and husband Walt Reed of Westerville, Oh, Nicole Imber of Columbus OH, Uncle Gene Imber of Columbus, OH, Aunt Margene Freund, of Worthington OH, Uncle Jim Van Demark of Phoenix AZ, and six nephews, Christopher, Austin, Joshua , Justin , Jacob and Tyler.
Carol graduated from Delphos St. John High School in 1969 and went on to Bowling Green University where she earned her Bachelor's degree and teaching credentials.
A true giver, she worked in the Dublin School System for over 30 years and most of that time serving special needs students.
Her smiling face, gentle sense of humor and easy-going nature leaves all who knew her with a sense of loss.
There will be a memorial mass on Saturday, September 24 at 11:00 AM at Resurrection Cemetery Chapel, 9571 North High Street, Lewis Center, Ohio.
A scholarship has been set up in Carol's name.
