Carol Lynn Ollam

Carol Lynn Ollam was born on July 21, 1948 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Clarence and Florence (Persons) McCoy. She passed away peacefully on September 7, 2026 at the age of 78.

Carol is survived by, sons, Mark and Paul; grandchildren, Jessica, Robert, Richard, Paul III, Trevor, Miranda, Brandon, and John; great-grandchildren; Amelyah, Kobe, Bentley, Bailey, Calleigh, Riley, Paisley, Camilla, Addelyn, Atlas, Levi, and Mayleah; brother, Larry McCoy, sister, Bonnie McCoy; nieces, nephews and extended family who will all miss her very much.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Paul, her parents, sisters, Kathy and Margie, brother, Mickey, and daughter in law, Melissa Ollam.

Carol enjoyed crocheting, cooking, baking, spending time with grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and she volunteered at the Veteran's hospital in Chillicothe. She worked for many years in the insurance industry, cabinet industry, pharmaceutical industry, and she was a bar owner/bookkeeper. She was treated everyone equally no matter what.

Family will receive friends and loved ones on Saturday, September 19, 2026 from 2:00PM to 4:00PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW 3393 Broadway, Grove City, Ohio (614-539-6166). A funeral service will begin at 4:00PM at the funeral home, officiated by Rev. Joseph Mauriello.
