Carol Owens, 68, of Pataskala, passed away Monday, January 12, 2015 at her residence.
She was born December 23, 1946 in Duluth, MN, daughter of the late Alex and Berniece Walczak Kozlowski.
In addition to her parents, Carol was preceded in death by her husband, John Owens and brother, Rick Kozlowski.
She is survived by her son, John (Cheyanne) Owens; grandchildren, Savannah, Shea and Luke William Owens; sister, Janice Bereski; niece, Tracey (David) Vincent; great nephew, Clayton Vincent.
Graveside service will be Thursday, January 15, 2015 at 9:00 AM at Kirkersville Cemetery.
