Carol Ramage, age 77, devoted wife and mother. Born July 27, 1941, Salyersville, KY to the late Buford and Myrtle (Coffee) Patrick. Carol, passed away peacefully March 17, 2019 after a long courageous battle with cancer.
Relocating to Columbus, OH in 1959, Carol married and started a family in addition to investing her energy assisting her first husband in the creation of a mobile home community. Fifteen years later she relocated to Grove City where she purchased a food service delivery business.
Carol's entrepreneurial passion and love for engaging with clients helped her develop a very successful gourmet food home delivery business servicing the greater Columbus area. Led by her faith and inspired by the joy of gospel music, Carol and her late husband Dan developed a singing ministry, performing at Pleasant View Baptist Church and various rest homes in the area.
Carol was the beloved wife of the late Daniel Ramage; loving mother of Sherry (Doug) Hazen of Mason, OH and Emy (Kenny) Willoughby of Nashville, TN. She touched the lives of many. A caring grandmother, she will be missed by her grandchildren; Kaler Hazen, Corinne Hazen, Rochelle Willoughby and Zach Willoughby. Also survived by six caring and supportive siblings; Leondus Patrick, Sue Reed, Julie Aparicio, Mable Arnette, Thelma Green, Ashland Patrick and many loving friends.
Preceded in death by her first husband, Frank Wildasinn; second husband, Daniel Ramage, beloved daughter, Kimberley Klein; siblings, Jay Patrick, Eleanor Patrick and Ernestine Watts.
A memorial service will be held Saturday March 23, 2019 at 2:00 PM at Pleasant View Baptist Church, 2525 Gantz Rd, Grove City, OH 43123.
Family will receive visitors following the service at the fellowship hall adjacent to the church.
A private Internment will be held at a later date at David's Cemetery, Dayton, OH.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Carol's name to Pleasant View Baptist Church.
