Carolyn Goldblatt
May 7, 1946 — June 9, 2014
Carolyn S. Goldblatt, 68, Grove City, OH, passed away Monday, June 9, 2014. Carolyn was born in Ironton, OH on May 7, 1946, to Emmett and Helen (Breeding) Daniel and is preceded in death by her parents and sisters, Jean Comstock and Ann Tevis.
Survivors include her loving husband of 43 years, Jeffrey W. Goldblatt; son, Eric (Terri) Goldblatt; daughters, Melissa (Rachel Warner) Goldblatt and Lisa (John) Lowery; grandchildren, Brandon Lowery, Brianna Goldblatt , Jordan Goldblatt and Addison Lowery; special friends, Jim and Alice Bontrager; nieces, nephews, cousins and many additional friends.
Carolyn was an RN and retired from Mt. Carmel East after 26 years then became a Certified Case Manager for American Health Holdings. She was a member of GWRRA OH-B3 and enjoyed the ride. She also was an avid scrapbooker.
Family and friends will gather on Thursday, June 12, 2014, 6-8 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH 43123 with the Funeral Service on Friday, June 13, 2014, 1:45 PM.
Interment will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Susan G. Komen Cure, 929 Eastwind Drive, Suite 211, Westerville, OH 43081.
