Carolyn Wemmer, 59, of Mt. Sterling, OH, passed away on February 11, 2016. She was born on July 26, 1956. She enjoyed sewing and making quilts, horse races, jet skiing, fishing, and karaoke.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Cloyde and Drima Shaffer. Surviving family includes husband, Glenn, children, Thomas (Carey) Moomey, Farrah (Rob) Pelfrey, Daryl Lehman, grandchildren, Sara Moomey, Adrianna, Autumn, Ariel, Andralyn and Michael Pelfrey, 3 sisters and 3 brothers and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 5-8pm, Thursday, February 18, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home and Crematory, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. A funeral service will be held at 12pm, Friday, February 19, 2016. Burial will follow at Pleasant Cemetery, Mt. Sterling, OH. In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to a charity of your choice.
