Cassy Crace

Cassy Crace, 34, passed away on Sunday, March 24, 2019 in Columbus, Ohio. Cassy was born on July 7, 1984 in Warren, Ohio to Shawn Crace and Cheri Ivanski.

Cassy is preceded in death by her uncle, Terry Barr; maternal grandparents, Glenn and Margaret Barr and Ted Ivanski; paternal great-grandfather, Albert Fagan.

She is survived by her father, Shawn A. (Sue Jirles) Crace; mother, Cheri E. (Ken) Ivanski; sister, Melissa (Chris) Hutchason; brother, Jason Ivanski; grandparents, Diane (Ed) Bishop and Terry (Linda) Crace; nieces, Aubrianna and Adalynn; nephews, William and Braeden; boyfriend, Paris Sorrell and son, Carter; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends and beloved fur baby, Bruno.

Cassy loved her family and friends. She was a trooper during her two-year battle with cancer. Her passion for life, love of friends and family and courage and strength during her battle with breast cancer is an inspiration. Cassy had a love for all animals. She had a tremendous heart of gold. She loved life. She loved free food, cookouts, music and her wine. Cassy loved shopping and finding a good deal.

Family will receive friends on Sunday, March 31, 2019 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm at Newcomer Northeast Chapel, 3047 East Dublin-Granville Road, Columbus, Ohio 43231. A memorial service will follow at 4:00 pm also at Newcomer Northeast Chapel.
