Cecil C. Cotton, Sr.

Cecil C. Cotton Sr. age 86, of New Plymouth, OH went to his eternal home on Saturday, December 9, 2017 after a long battle of poor health. He was born on January 18, 1931 in Campbellsburg, IN.
He retired from Wasserstrom as a welder and was a proud veteran of the US Army. Cecil loved his family, his retired life at his home and sharing memories of The Cotton Patch.
Preceded in death by loving wife, Jo Ann; father, Clayton Cotton; mother, Dorothy McFall; brother, Loren; son-in-law, Doug Keaton.
Survived by sisters, Nancy Fultz, Yvonne Borden; children, Donald (Susan) Cotton of Chillicothe, Ronald Cotton of New Plymouth, Cecil (Paula) Cotton Jr. of Grove City, Terri Keaton of Columbus and Glenn Cotton of Columbus; 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren; also survived by many close friends and aides.
Visitation will be held Thursday, December 14, 2017 from 5-8 p.m. at Newcomer Grove City, 3393 Broadway.
Funeral service will be held Friday, December 15, 2017 at 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
Interment to follow at Green Lawn Cemetery, Columbus, OH.
