Charles "Bud" Stangle, 73, of Columbus, passed away Tuesday, April 19, 2016 at his residence.
He was born April 7, 1943 in Columbus, son of the late Charles and Louise Hoover Stangle.
In addition to his parents, Bud was preceded in death by his son, Chris Stangle and grandson, Austin Kline.
He is survived by his son, Mike Stangle; daughters, Pam Anthony, Trish Lutz and Becky Greenlee; partner, Mary Greenlee; grandchildren, Sean, Christina, Matthew, Aaron, Brandon, Tyler, Kelsey and several great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held Sunday, May 1, 2016 from 1:00-3:00 PM at 5957 Timber Drive Columbus, OH 43213.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Franklin County Dog Shelter & Adoption Agency, 4340 Tamarack Blvd. Columbus, OH 43229.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Newcomer Funeral Home NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Rd. Columbus.
Bud enjoyed spending time with his family the outdoors, NASCAR, bluegrass music and his cats.
He will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege to have known him.
