Charles Willard (Doc) Watts, age 63, passed away on Saturday, June 3, after a brief illness. Preceded in death by father, Thomas W. Watts. Survived by daughter Jessica (Kevin) Reft, mother Mary, sisters Kathy (Bob) Rapp and Karen Kent, adopted daughters Melanie and Michelle Watts, four step-children, many nieces and nephews, grandchildren and dear friends Barry Roach and Jobe Jude.
The visitation will be at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3047 E. Dublin Granville Road, Columbus 43231 on Saturday, June 10 from 2:00-4:00, followed by a brief service. A memorial service will also be held in Forrest, Illinois at a later date.
