In Loving Memory of Charlie “Vick” Thach

Charlie Thach, lovingly known by many as “Vick,” age 26, of Columbus, passed away on April 24, 2026, in Plain City.

Vick was truly the light of the party. His smile, laughter, and energy could brighten any room, and he had a special way of making everyone around him feel welcome and loved. He was known for his kind heart, his sense of humor, and the joy he brought to family and friends. More than anything, Vick was an amazing father who deeply loved his children and treasured every moment with them.

He leaves behind his beloved daughter, Valerie Kae, and his son, Saint Ki’air. He is also survived by his loving mother, Sokan Sann; his father, Hau Thach; and his brothers, Vanna Sann, Nath Sann, Vantha Sann, and Dara Sann. Vick also leaves behind many relatives, friends, and loved ones who will forever cherish his memory.

A gathering of family and friends will be held from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Saturday, May 23rd, 2026 at Newcomer Funeral Homes - Southwest Chapel; 3393 Broadway, Grove City, Ohio 43123. Funeral services will immediately follow at 1:00 PM in the funeral home chapel.

Burial will follow at Grove City Cemetery; 4399 Grove City Road, Grove City, Ohio 43123.
