Charlotte A. Schall, a cherished wife, mother, grandmother, and proud homemaker, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on January 6, 2026 surrounded by her family. Born on May 29, 1933, in Columbus, OH, Charlotte grew up with a heart full of kindness and a spirit of unwavering persistence. She graduated from Columbus Central High School in 1951 and dedicated her life to her family, bringing joy and warmth to everyone around her.

Over the years, Charlotte became known for her exceptional cooking and her ability to create a beautiful home. She loved holding family gatherings, making each occasion a special memory for her loved ones. Her interests included going to antique malls, interior design, loom weaving, cultivating African Violets, and enjoying trips to Amish Country and the beach. These hobbies complemented her compassionate and empathetic nature, as she provided unconditional love and encouragement to all who knew her.

Charlotte's family was her pride and joy. She is survived by her beloved husband of almost 64 years, John Schall. Together, they nurtured a close-knit family that includes their children: Robin (Paul) Wargowsky, Lynn (Randy) Hardesty, Matthew (Penny) Schall, and Benjamin (Daphne) Schall. She was a loving grandmother to Amy Wargowsky, Jason (Jessica), Brian (Alex), and John (Jessie) Hardesty, Jennifer (John) Cockrell, Jessica (Ben) Farrish, Matthew (Courtney) and Charles (Bella) Schall, and Allyson and Caleb Schall, as well as a devoted great-grandmother to 17 great-grandchildren.

Charlotte was preceded in death by parents, Adam and Eve Renner, along with her brothers, Jack and Bob Renner, and her step-son, Michael Schall. She will be remembered as a blessing to her family and a guiding light who ensured that everyone felt the love of Jesus. Charlotte A. Schall leaves behind a legacy of love, warmth, and a commitment to family that will carry on through generations.

Visitation Wednesday, January 14, 2026 from 10:30 am until the time of Funeral Service at 12:30 pm at Newcomer, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Interment to follow at Sunset Cemetery, Galloway, OH.
