She was born in Columbus, OH on January 18, 1952. She was preceded in death by her husband Richard Fulcher, parents Richard Risinger and Nora (Ray) Shaner.
Surviving family includes siblings, Pam (Terry) Schneider, Sandy (Martin) Tsuyuki, Ray (Becky) Shaner, Don Shaner and many nieces and nephews.
Per her wish cremation will take place.
