Grandparents Cheryl (Nana) Johnson, Woody Johnson of Delaware, and Grandmother Marty Collacchi of Ithaca, NY. Girlfriend Jennifer Jordan of Columbus. Brothers Aaron, Aayden Johnson. 3 uncles Jeremy & Josh Shutts and Jason Johnson.
Visitation will be held from 2 - 5PM Saturday November 22, 2014 at Newcomer Funeral Home and Crematory, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to donor's choice.
