Cindy Lou Hundley-Bigler, a devoted and loving wife, mother, mother in law and grandmother passed away during surgery at OSU Wexner Medical Center on March 15, 2026. Born to Ronald and Ruby Miller on July 27, 1961 in Waterloo, Ohio, Cindy’s life was a life of love, dedication to her family, hard work and selflessness.

Cindy devoted her life to providing for her family. She talked about her husband, sons, daughter-in-laws and grandchildren every chance that she was given. Cindy worked through injury and illness and was a testament to determination and will. She enjoyed her flowers, recipes, watching her family’s baseball and softball games and loved horse racing. Every year, she looked forward to attending the Kentucky Derby.

Cindy is preceded in death by her father Ronald Miller, her mother Ruby Miller, her sister Deborah Gaunt, her brother Todd Miller and her brother Junior Miller.

She will be survived by her husband Stephen W Bigler, her son Nicholas Hundley, his wife TaraLynn Hundley, her son Curtis Hundley, his wife Tiffany Hundley, and her grandchildren Samantha Hundley, Todd Hundley, Logan Hundley and Alexis Hundley.

She will be dearly missed by anyone that has ever had the opportunity to meet her.
