Clarence E. Readout

Clarence E. (Clancy) Readout, 75, of Grove City, OH, went to be with the Lord on December 4, 2013. He was born on March 18, 1938. He is preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Minnie Readout and sister, Dorothy Morris.

Surviving family includes, loving wife of 54 years, Janice, daughter, Stephanie of Atlanta, GA, son, Scott (Lisa) of Grove City, grandchildren, Chad (Cara) of Decatur, GA, Zachary (Andrea) and Victoria Lynn (Nathan) of Grove City, brothers, Ralph (Dorothy), Edward (Mackye) of Grove City, brothers-in-law, James (Gayle), Donald (Marie), Paul Jr. (Donna) and many loving nieces and nephews and also many friends.

Clancy graduated from Central High School in 1957 where he was All Ohio football, basketball and baseball. He attended Ohio University and a graduate of Syracuse, NY Business school. He served in the U.S. Army in Germany and retired from Carter Wallace Pharmaceuticals in New Jersey. He was a member of Bethel Lutheran Church, Grove City. A gathering of family and friends will be held from 3-6pm, Sunday, December 8, 2013 at Newcomer Funeral Home and Crematory, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. A memorial service will be held at 11am, Monday, December 9, 2013 at Bethel Lutheran Church, 4501 Hoover Road, Grove City, OH.
