Clarence Steven Huskey
July 22, 1953 — August 18, 2016
Clarence "Steven" Huskey, 63, passed away Thursday, August 18, 2016, surrounded by his loving family. Steve was born in Columbus, OH to Clarence D. and Shirley (Sells) Huskey and is preceded in death by his mother.
He is survived by his father, Clarence D. (Patricia) Huskey; daughter, Tiffany (Chad Conkle) Huskey; son, Nicholas Huskey; brothers, Larry (Cindy), Harry (Karen), Scott (Tresa), Clark (Julie) Huskey; sister, Deborah (Ward) Sheppard; nieces, nephews, cousins and many special friends.
Steve was a graduate of Walnut Ridge H.S. in 1971 where he was active in band, baseball, cross-country and sports editor of the school newspaper, "Tam O' Shan." He was an avid Bengals, Reds, Cavs and Buckeyes fan. Steve was a passionate music lover and drummer in various local rock bands.
Family and friends will gather on Tuesday, August 23, 2016, 6-8 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, August 24, 2016, 12 Noon with visitation 1 hr prior.
Interment will follow at Green Lawn Cemetery.
