Clay Rutherford

Clayton "Clay" Rutherford, age 81 of Grove City, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, March 15, 2019. He was born on October 11, 1937 in Stone Coal, WV, he was preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Frances Rutherford and brother, Cleatus Rutherford.

Surviving family includes wife of 56 years, Sue Rutherford; sons, Tim (Tina) Rutherford of Grove City and Michael Rutherford of Ashville; granddaughters, Morgan Grebens of San Antonio, Texas and Savannah Rutherford of Grove City; grandson, Tristan Rutherford of Grove City; brothers, Dick (Ruby) Rutherford and Ken (Pat) Rutherford of Grove City; sisters, Paula Berry of Grove City, Midge (Taylor) Osborne of Worthington and Joyce Littler of Columbus.

Long time member of Heritage Free Will Baptist Church. Former member of Local 98 Sheet Metal Workers Union and owner of Rutherford Metals Co.

Friends may visit Heritage Free Will Baptist Church, 575 Obetz Rd. from 5-8PM on Tuesday, March 19, 2019, where funeral will be held on Wednesday at 11AM. Reverend Jim Marcum and Reverend Tim Stout officiating.

Interment to follow at Concord Cemetery - New Section, Grove City, OH 43123.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Clay's name to Heritage Free Will Baptist Church.
