He was preceded in death by his parents, Clifford R. and Dina Birtcher.
He is survived by wife, Peggy, daughter, Krystal (Josh) Adams, siblings, Rick (Jean) Birtcher, Gale (Nancy) Birtcher, Brian (Jill) Birtcher, Judy Birtcher, June (Danny) Mills, grandchildren, Reagan, Kendall, Taylor and Andrew, many beloved nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 1-4pm, Sunday, February 17, 2019 at Newcomer, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH, where a funeral service will begin at 4pm.
